Role Details:
Job Title : Senior Sales Manager
Employee Band : Senior Manager
Reporting Manager: CEO STL
Location- Gurgaon
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying new avenues and pursue clients
- Ownership of Key Accounts and achieve sales Targets for key accounts
- Responsible for Client servicing and account management as per requirements
- Prepares sales forecasts on a weekly , monthly and quarterly basis.
- Networks with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote certain products
- Post sales coordination
- Survey and analyse competition strategy and propose/implement actions where required.
- New customer engagement & agreements closure
- Delivery and coordination with Plant and implementation teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Post graduate with minimum 10 years of sales experience in Sheet Metal Industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively and should have a strong marketing presence.
- In the current role, candidate must have exposure of managing business relationships with business leaders and key management role holders.
- Team worker with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Good presentation skills with strong technical background
