Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and polite manner.



  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.



  • Address customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.



  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude throughout the conversation.



2. Query Resolution

  • Assist customers by providing product/service-related information.



  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.



  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.



3. Data Management & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.



  • Update customer details and status in the CRM or call management system.



  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly call reports when required.



4. Sales & Lead Generation(If Applicable)

  • Promote products and services to customers during calls.



  • Convert inquiries into sales or appointments.



  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and call targets.



5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Follow company guidelines, call scripts, and communication protocols.



  • Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and compliance policies.



  • Ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism

6. Performance Monitoring

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call handling targets.



  • Improve customer satisfaction ratings through effective communication.



  • Provide feedback to team leaders to enhance overall service quality.
