Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs
Maintain a talent pool and manage candidate databases
Conduct interviews and assessments as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes
Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics
Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE or the Middle East
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
Candidate should be proactive and result-oriented
