Spark Capital - Analyst/Associate - Financial Services - Investment Banking - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Responsibilities:
- Leading M&A and Private Equity transaction executions end to end.
- Manage process timelines and quality of deliverables on executions.
- Client management on executions.
- Closely work with and manage a small team of analysts/ associates.
- Lead and coordinate preparation of collaterals - Teasers, Info Memo and Business plans.
- Lead preparation of pitch/ discussion decks.
- Ensure maintenance of industry knowledge base materials for the team.
- Based on the level of experience, involvement in BD initiatives and managing relationships with some PE funds.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience of executing advisory transactions - PE and/ or M&A.
- Experience preferably in another investment bank, but open to looking at profiles in corporate M&A/ buyside roles as well.
- Should have exposure to Financial services and fintech space.
- MBA from top tier school or CA.
