We are seeking a motivated and driven HR Recruiter - Fresher to join our growing Human Resources team. In this entry-level role, youll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to fuel our companys growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle, supporting our hiring managers in building high-performing teams that align with our innovative and data-driven culture.

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and junior roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

• Create and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and social media platforms.

• Source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including online databases, social media, professional networking sites, and internal referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Maintain and update candidate information accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).



• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition into the company.

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and top-tier talent to Spark Nova Tech.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and priorities for various roles.

• Participate in career fairs, university recruitment events, and other networking opportunities as needed.

• Assist in maintaining recruitment reports and dashboards.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university.

• A strong interest and eagerness to pursue a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and professional relationships.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Prior internship or academic project experience in Human Resources or recruitment.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

• Basic understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate experience principles.
