Job Description
- The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-5 years of experience in call handling and customer service. You will be responsible for attending all calls courteously and logging them accurately. Effective communication with respective departments is crucial, and you will need to define call priorities based on SOP/department protocol and follow up accordingly. Ensuring closure as per SOP/Department protocol is a key part of the role.
In addition to call handling, you will be required to perform data entry tasks and maintain an updated "follow up" tracker. Handling existing inbound calls with zero missed calls is a priority, and you should focus on converting potential calls into successful outcomes.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts, and the work location is in person.
