Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Treasury S/4HANA Senior Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. This pivotal role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Treasury modules and a strong grasp of financial operations. The ideal candidate will lead treasury-related initiatives, support ongoing digital transformation projects, and ensure the successful configuration, deployment, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions within the treasury function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Treasury modules, including Cash Management, Bank Communication Management, In-House Cash, Risk Management, and Treasury & Risk Management (TRM).

- Drive treasury transformation initiatives by analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and implementing best practices using S/4HANA functionalities.
- Oversee daily cash and liquidity management, intercompany fund transfers, and cash positioning across business units.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to design and implement robust treasury processes aligned with organizational objectives.
- Perform data analysis, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with global accounting standards and internal controls.
- Coordinate integration between treasury systems and external banking partners, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
- Support testing, user training, and documentation for S/4HANA treasury implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Treasury and SAP Finance domains, with at least 2+ years hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury modules.
- Strong understanding of corporate treasury functions, cash & liquidity management, risk management, and financial instruments.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration, business process mapping, and troubleshooting treasury processes within S/4HANA.
- Solid background in finance and accounting principles, financial data analysis, and ERP integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a consultative approach.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. SAP Certification is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to global treasury operations and multinational business environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for Treasury, integration with SAP FI/CO, and experience with Payment Engine & BCM.
- Familiarity with SWIFT connectivity, bank integrations, and electronic banking systems.
