Hiring Sr. Motion Graphics Designer | Hybrid Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer who can turn ideas into engaging videos, animations, and visual stories for SPECTRAFORCE.

Key Responsibilities:

2.Develop storyboards, mood boards, and visual narratives aligned with marketing objectives.

3.Manage the end-to-end post-production process, including editing, compositing, sound design, and optimization for multiple platforms.

4.Create micro-animation, animated explainers, and branded motion elements that enhance digital storytelling.

5.Collaborate with content, digital, and demand generation teams to translate strategic briefs into engaging visuals.

6.Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all multimedia outputs.

7.Contribute to motion guidelines and visual storytelling frameworks within the broader brand system.

8.Stay updated on motion design trends, animation techniques, and AI-driven creative tools.

Requirements:

1.5-8 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design, preferably within B2B or tech industries.

2.Advanced proficiency in:

• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Cinema 4D or Blender
• Adobe Animate and Adobe Creative Suite

3.Strong skills in storyboarding, typography, color theory, compositing, and video editing.

4.Demonstrated ability to produce engaging animated content for digital marketing channels.

5.Strong online portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video storytelling work.

6.Experience collaborating with marketing and creative teams in fast-paced environments.

Bonus Skills:

1.Knowledge of HTML5 animation, Lottie, interactive motion for web, and AI video/design tools (Runway, Midjourney, Spline, etc.).

2.Experience developing branded animation systems or motion identity frameworks.
