• Freshers and Experience with min 06 months in international BPO only
• Graduate in any stream (Candidates from B.Pharm background will not be considered)
• No active backlogs
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts (US , UK Aus shift timings)

Salary and Benefits
Freshers: 18,000 24,000 In-Hand + Incentives + PF

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice calls (inbound/outbound US-based process)
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to client concerns.
• Maintain call documents and follow operational procedures
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly performance targets
