Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and solution delivery owners to define and document requirements for assigned products/services.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description decks, and process flows, ensuring traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Manage UAT and requirement traceability to validate business needs.
- Maintain a solid knowledge base of functional/system capabilities across the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to drive consensus on scope, design, and implementation.
- Conduct impact analysis for changes in functionality and provide problem-solving solutions to meet business needs.
- Ensure alignment of requirement management with delivery approach and schedules.
- Drive product quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Present information effectively to customers, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Develop business, product, and vendor specifications for integrations and implementations
