As a Sr. Director Artificial Intelligence here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for defining and executing on Honeywells strategic vision for artificial intelligence technologies.
You will spearhead research and development initiatives and implement groundbreaking AI technologies. YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in high-level oversight of engineering and technology teams
- Proven experience in leadership roles with a focus on AI strategy and implementation
- Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning technology
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or another related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Experience with deploying AI models in real-world, production environments
- Familiarity with industry-specific applications of AI in relevant domains (e.g., aerospace, manufacturing, automation)
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall vision and strategy for AI across the organization globally
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing stateoftheart AI technologies and practices
- Act as a thought leader in the AI field, representing the organization at conferences, events, and industry forums
- Collaborate with the executive team to align AI initiatives with broader business goals
- Provide guidance on major AI investments, acquisitions, and partnerships to ensure alignment with the companys longterm vision
