Who You Are:
We are looking to hire a Senior Data Scientist to help support our Data Science and AI/ML initiatives. You will be a part of a global all-remote Data Science and Engineering organization and will play an integral role in designing and developing our data-driven products and solutions.
As a Sr Data Scientist, you’ll work closely with other Data Scientists, Data/Software Engineers, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders as you help us innovate new Martech Data Products. What You’ll Do:

• Assist in advancing the Data Science vision by designing and developing the next generation of marketing technology, models, and data products.
• Collaborate closely with fellow scientists, engineers, and leadership to drive innovation and enhance the agility of our engineering teams continually.
• Partner with stakeholders to conduct research, create proof of concepts, and design solutions.
• Engage in cutting-edge, large-scale data analytics and machine learning projects.
• Construct and put into operation predictive models utilizing recent advancements in AI/ML, Deep Learning, and NLP.
• 
  Contribute to the establishment of data science standards and the promotion of best practices that ensure experimentation, reproducibility, quality assurance, and MLOps.
• Ongoing assessment of the latest AI/ML technologies, packages, and frameworks within the data science ecosystem.
• Contribute to data consolidation efforts, enabling other teams with self-service analytics.
• Forge strong relationships with stakeholders on both the data supply side (e.g., application engineers) and the data demand side (e.g., BI analysts, data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams).
  

What You Need

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade data science solutions.
• Graduate degree (data science, statistics, applied math, etc.)
• Expertise in Python, SQL, Machine learning
• Experience designing data pipelines (dataset preparation, data cleaning, and model training) for machine learning models training and inference.
• Experience in deploying (API and Batch) ML models at scale in production.
• Experience in running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting test results.
• Experience working directly with engineering and product teams.
• Experience with AWS stack preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake, Matillion, Airflow, EMR, Flask, FastAPI, Docker
• Knowledge of NLP/Recommender Systems/RTB/martech is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
