Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a member of the Supply/Closure department, your role will primarily involve engaging with customers over the phone to facilitate sales and ensure excellent customer service. An ideal candidate for this position would be a presentable, hardworking, and enterprising individual with exceptional analytical and communication skills. You must possess a scientific approach to problem-solving and a strong outcome-oriented perspective. Prior experience in sales is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers post their hub visit, provide price quotes, and handle negotiations to secure sales.
- Practice active listening with callers to understand their needs and make appropriate product or service recommendations.
- Aim to surpass call center metrics while delivering top-notch customer service.
Qualification Required:

- Proven work experience in sales, inside sales, or tele sales.
- Graduation degree.
- Proficiency in verbal communication in English, Hindi, and either Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.,
