1? Product Manager User Growth

You should have:

• 36 years of PM experience in consumer or content-led products
• Strong understanding of SEO, funnels, and conversion optimization
• 
  Data-driven mindset with hands-on experimentation experience
• Experience working with content or editorial teams is a plus

2? Product Manager Adtech & Monetization

You should have:

• 36 years of PM experience with adtech or monetization products
• Strong understanding of ad servers, programmatic, targeting and yield metrics
• Experience balancing revenue goals with user experience
