1- Product Manager - User Growth.
You should have:.
- 3-6 years of PM experience in consumer or content-led products.
- Strong understanding of SEO, funnels and conversion optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experimentation experience.
- Experience working with content or editorial teams is a plus.

2- Product Manager - Adtech & Monetization.
You should have:
- 3-6 years of PM experience with adtech or monetization products.
- Strong understanding of ad servers, programmatic, targeting and yield metrics.
- Experience balancing revenue goals with user experience.
- Data-driven approach to pricing, fill rate and performance optimization.
- Product Manager-Conversion: This role sits at the intersection of content, user experience and commerce, with a clear focus on turning high-intent traffic into qualified leads and customers for the Spinny ecosystem.
You should have:
- 3-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer internet, marketplaces, media or AdTech.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior and growth metrics.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks and analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with SEO-driven platforms or content-heavy products is a plus.
