Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Outbound Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in planning, organizing, and executing impactful webinars, events, and roundtables. This role will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership within the HR Technology space. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in event marketing, digital outreach, and product positioning, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Webinars:
- Plan, promote, and execute webinars, ensuring alignment with product marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content and secure impactful speakers.
- Drive audience acquisition through targeted digital campaigns, partnerships, and content marketing.
Events:
- Manage end-to-end logistics for industry events, conferences, and company-hosted gatherings.
- Ensure brand representation at external events through booth design, marketing materials, and on-site engagement strategies.
- Measure event success through metrics like attendee engagement, lead conversion, and ROI.
Roundtables:
- Curate and execute exclusive roundtable discussions, targeting HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Develop agenda topics and identify industry-relevant speakers and panelists.
- Ensure effective follow-up with participants to build long-term relationships and foster lead generation.
Digital Outreach & Campaign Management:
- Develop outbound marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement for events.
- Leverage email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on key outcomes.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the Manager Product Marketing to align events with the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Stay updated on HR technology trends to ensure relevance and innovation in event strategies.
Key Requirements
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in event marketing or outbound digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing webinars, events, and roundtables.

- Background in HR technology marketing or related B2B SaaS industries is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Expertise in tools like HubSpot, Zoom, WebEx, and other webinar/event platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring event performance and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing or event management are a plus.
