Job Description

    As a Customer Support Intern at Splashlearn (StudyPad), you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient chat support to users. Your main tasks will include responding to incoming chats with attentiveness and empathy, addressing user inquiries and concerns with a focus on quality, and managing multiple chats simultaneously. You will also be required to handle email correspondence in a timely and professional manner, providing comprehensive responses and solutions to user inquiries.
    Effective communication is key in this role, as you will be using various internet-based platforms and software tools to interact with users. Your responsibilities will also include providing information on current courses, promotions, and product offerings in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you will need to diagnose user queries, collaborate with team members to find effective solutions, and offer personalized advice to users experiencing subscription issues or service troubles.
