Product Marketing Manager

About The Role
Were looking for a sharp, high-ownership Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a business-critical role where you will partner closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing leadership to drive lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, and our AI positioning story.

What Youll Own:

• GTM Strategy: Identify market whitespaces and design repeatable, scalable GTM plays including cross-sells, renewals, and competitive campaigns.
• Program Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring Sales, Success, and Product are perfectly synced.
• Sales Enablement: Empower our global sales teams by equipping them with high-quality narratives, battlecards, and GTM toolkits.
• Marketing Fundamentals: Own the core positioning and messaging for your product portfolio, ensuring our value prop is clear and differentiated.
• AI Workflow Engineering: Use Agentic AI to automate internal processes and build 10x more efficient marketing workflows.
  

What Youll Bring:

• 2–4 years of work experience with a background in marketing, strategy, or high-growth SaaS environments.
• 
  A Tier 1 Bachelors degree OR a strong background in Literature, Journalism, or similar fields where critical thinking is paramount.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills. You can transform complex technical or legal concepts into simple, persuasive narratives.
• Strong marketing fundamentals. You understand buyer personas, the customer journey, and how to position a product effectively.
• Rigorous program management. You have a proven ability to take a fuzzy problem, scope it, and drive it to completion.
• AI literacy. You are comfortable using tools like Claude or ChatGPT to move faster and automate your own work.
• High ownership and craftsmanship. You have a get things done attitude and care deeply about the quality of your output.
• Based in/willing to relocate to Bengaluru
