Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reorganize and optimize the warehouse layout for better space utilization and workflow
Implement clear binning, labeling, and SKU identification systems
Maintain accurate inventory records (raw materials, finished goods, accessories, and spare parts)
Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and slow-moving items
Ensure proper inward and outward movement documentation
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits
Reduce inventory discrepancies, losses, and damages
Enforce warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness
Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and loaders
Prepare inventory and warehouse reports for management
Minimum

Strong background in inventory reorganization and process setup
Experience in furniture, manufacturing, FMCG, etc
Good understanding of FIFO, stock aging, and inventory controls
Experience using ERP or inventory systems (Odoo, NetSuite, or similar preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work hands-on and lead by example
