The Role

At Sprinto, were redefining how businesses achieve compliance and securitymaking the journey seamless, innovative, and scalable. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), youll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholdersfounders, CXOs, and CISOsguiding them through successful onboarding, solving technical challenges, and ensuring they unlock the full value of the Sprinto platform.

What Youll Do

• 
  Own the Onboarding Process: Lead customers through implementation, aligning compliance objectives with business goals.
• Engage with Senior Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with CXOs and security leaders, advising on global security frameworks and best practices.
• Drive Technical Adoption: Troubleshoot integrations, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth platform deployment tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams (Product, Customer Support, Compliance), ensuring fast and effective resolution.
• Monitor Customer Success Metrics: Track onboarding speed, satisfaction scores, and issue resolution times to continuously improve the customer journey.
• Advocate for Customers: Gather insights and feedback to influence product roadmap and elevate the compliance experience.
• Optimize Processes: Improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and internal practices to scale efficiency.

  Get Hired
  : 35 years in SaaS or technology-driven environments, with at least 2 years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Implementation.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Skilled at troubleshooting integrations and recommending tailored solutions.
• Excellent Communicator: Ability to explain complex security concepts clearly to both technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent security/compliance credentials.
