Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter based in Hyderabad, India, to lead end-to-end hiring for SprintRays global workforceacross India, the Americas, and EMEA. This is a critical, high-impact role supporting our continued international growth.
The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in global recruitment, particularly for the U.S. and European markets, and be comfortable managing senior-level hiring across a wide range of functionsincluding software, hardware, customer support, quality, and executive leadership.
You must be comfortable working flexible hours, with at least 23 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time (California, USA), to ensure close collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
In addition to driving recruitment, this role also supports local HR initiatives and People Services operations in our Hyderabad office, in partnership with the broader global HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for India-based roles and manage global sourcing, screening, and candidate selection for roles across the Americas and EMEA (onboarding in those regions is handled by local teams).
- Execute executive and senior-level hiring across key functional areas:
- Software engineering
- Hardware and product development
- Customer experience and support
- Quality assurance
- Strategic and executive leadership
- Design and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, outreach, etc.) tailored to diverse global markets.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define job specs, interview plans, and selection criteria.
- Ensure compliance with global employment standards, including U.S. and EU labor laws, hiring documentation, and cultural practices.
- Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal hiring workflows for a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent globally.
- Contribute to internal HR projects, including policy updates, employee engagement, and process improvement.
- Provide hands-on support to Hyderabad office HR operations and office management, as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 810 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including a strong track record of hiring across U.S. and European markets.
- Highly experienced at hiring for technical (software/hardware), non-technical, and sourcing for executive-level roles.
- Deep understanding of international recruitment practices, including legal and cultural considerations across regions.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work cross-functionally with senior leaders across time zones.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple complex hiring pipelines at once.
- Experience supporting HR operations in a corporate office setting.
- Exposure to lean recruitment methodologies and scalable HR processes.
- Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
