Finance & Accounts Manager - Manufacturing

Job Purpose:
- Organisation Perspective: The incumbent will have the opportunity to manage activities within the Accounts and Finance department of an MNC for accounting, finance, and reporting using dedicated tools and following specific procedures.
- He will manage the Accounts and Finance department including the Legal function.
- Customer perspective: Increase all stakeholder faith in the organization by ensuring sound, transparent, and efficient financial practices.

- Knowledge regarding foreign financial transactions

- Excellent ERP and Excel Controls
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Finance team to monitor monthly closing and reporting, GST, Income tax, statutory and other audits, and budget variance analysis.
- Responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Taxation, and working/long term capital.
- Manage Legal functions.
- Responsible for RBI forex related activities.
- Responsible for statutory, Tax, and Group audits and related compliance.
- Well versed with import/export activities and documentation.
- Support the optimization of existing business processes and accompanying change processes.
- Well versed with SAP.
- Co-ordination with Global Headquarters.

Job Specification:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing setup.
Skills Profile:
- Knowledge of Financial and Manufacturing accounting.
- Knowledge of Indian Accounting standards and FEMA provisions.
- Knowledge of Direct Tax and GST.
- Proactive and open personality.
- Extended professional network to Government authorities required.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership ability.
- Very good written and spoken English language, good experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
- Specialized in Excel.
