About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Controller to own core controllership and financial reporting for a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with leadership and manage finance operations across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and consolidation.
- Manage accounting and controllership for international entities/clients.
- Drive revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and SaaS accounting.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP.
- Manage audits and strengthen financial controls and processes.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on finance and business initiatives.

What Were Looking For:
- 5- 8 years of relevant finance/controllership experience.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS / Enterprise SaaS / technology startup.
- Strong hands-on controllership and financial reporting experience.
- Exposure to multi-country operations / international clients.
- CA qualification preferred.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
