Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant.
What you will do: You'll analyze market data, conduct salary surveys, and administer benefits programs, ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct market research and salary surveys to determine competitive compensation packages.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the benefits enrollment process for employees.
- Process compensation adjustments and bonuses.
- Prepare reports and analysis on compensation and benefits data.
- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits information.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
