Management Consultant - Business Process Re-engineering

What role you will play in team: Lead business process re-engineering initiatives for clients, focusing on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

What you will do: Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement improved processes.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting thorough assessments of existing business processes.
• Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies within those processes.
• Designing and developing improved, more efficient processes.
• Implementing new processes and providing training to staff.
  
• Monitoring process performance and making adjustments as needed.
• Working closely with clients to ensure alignment with their business objectives.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business process re-engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
