Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for IT positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends and hiring practices.
