Accountabilities :

• HR & ADMIN STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION
  

Ensure HR and Admin Activities are executed on time and within the budget.

• POLICES & PROCEDURES
  

Develop & implement policies & guidelines for HR & Admin Department.

• MIS Develop & implement MIS for top management.
• Labor compliance
  
  
  

KPI

• 1. Timely recruitment of employees within the budget.
• Timely arrangement of all admin related services for Hoskote Plant.
• Effectiveness of policies (& deviations if any).
• Weekly MIS report without fail

5(A) Education Qualification: - MBA in HR
5(B) Years of experience: - 5-6 Years of experience in Human Resource Sector.
