Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship is tailored for MBA & BBA students eager to gain hands-on experience in various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.

Employee Engagement: Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

HR Administration: Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Onboarding Assistance:

Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining training schedules.

HR Reports: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and generate reports for decision-making.

Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate internal HR events and initiatives.

Compliance Assistance: Ensure HR processes align with company policies and legal requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members on various projects and assignments.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing an MBA or BBA with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
