Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screening and Selection: Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to ensure they meet the job requirements and align with client expectations.

Job Matching: Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career goals.

Interview Coordination:

Offer Negotiation: Guide clients and candidates through the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract terms.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future roles and opportunities.

Employer Branding: Promote The Golden Rises brand to attract high-quality candidates and position the company as a top choice for recruitment solutions.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to management and clients.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
