Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional resources to ensure successful product definition, delivery, and ongoing evolution. Your passion for agile methodologies and innovative delivery processes will drive the team towards creating rewarding customer experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and communicating the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business needs, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and communicate a shared understanding of the product vision and strategy within the team.
- Define a product portfolio based on a strategic balance of business needs, opportunities, feasibility, and achievability.
- Demonstrate platform thinking by abstracting feature requests into classes of problems and developing an extensible product for current and future needs.
- Manage backlog, iteration planning, and user story elaboration.
- Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values.
- Collaborate with Product Management to maintain a product backlog aligned with business value.
- Develop a product roadmap and lead product release planning.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to enhance user experience and identify competitive opportunities.
- Reframe business solutions into actionable business needs and articulate how the product fulfills the business strategy.
- Ensure technical decisions align with the product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with engineering leads and architects.
- Make data-driven decisions supported by analytics and research evidence.
- Align product strategies with broader ecosystem goals and maintain regular communication with business stakeholders.
- Continuously discover customer needs through user research and engagement with clients.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure alignment with business and customer goals for successful delivery outcomes.

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience with 3-4 years as a Product Manager in a technology environment.
- Strong Agile experience and understanding of technology languages and applications.
- Domain knowledge in retail, including pricing strategies, promotions, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to define requirements addressing business challenges and technical changes required.
- Excellent communication skills across technology and business teams.
- Experience in supporting and rolling out initiatives to commercial teams.
- Knowledge of demand generation, account/territory management, and contact management capabilities in a technology setting.,
