As a Client Relationship Officer cum Sales Enhancement Executive at Srishti Innovative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, and enhancing sales performance through effective communication and strategic sales operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with colleges, placement officers, and academic partners
- Driving enrollments through campus visits, workshops, and counseling sessions
- Organizing job fairs, webinars, and seminars to generate leads
- Collaborating with institutions for MoUs and long-term hiring partnerships
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in business development & sales (EdTech experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
