Quality checking all information submitted for the preparation of an invoice - validating data elements, billing events and opportunities contained in multiple computer systems related to the creation of invoices to be sent to the clientEnsuring that all charges are accurate by consulting the sales contract and billing system entriesDiscussing billing issues with sales representatives, client services, and others to resolve questionsResearching and resolving missing information such as PO numbers and billing contactsResearching invoices that are undeliverable by email to obtain correct billing recipient infoChecks work to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Coordinates work with other areas and individuals to maintain continuous and efficient workflowReceives and resolves questions and issues from internal and external customers, communicating back resolutions to the appropriate parties.Receives and resolves invoicing issues by thoroughly researching in multiple computer systems, discussing disputed charges with sales representatives, client services and othersPerforms other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications/Skills:Bachelor’s or equivalent with 2-5 years of Experience.

Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to work both independently and collaborativelyTechnology savvy and comfortable working concurrently in multiple information systems.
