About Stable Money:
- Stable Money is India's leading fixed investment platform. It is a marketplace which helps customers discover and invest in high-quality fixed-income products such as Fixed Deposits (FDs), RD, Bonds, Credit Cards, Mutual Funds from trusted institutions.
- Stable Money has 30 lac+ trusted investors, 2000cr+ bookings since inception and is backed by marquee investors such as Z47, Lightspeed, Fundamentum, Matrix Partners, RTP Global to name a few.
Role Overview:
- As the City Business Head, you are the CEO of your city owning end to end P&L, investment wallet growth, team & channel performance.
- This is a hands-on, field-first role focused on direct customer acquisition, partner development (IFAs/DSAs/MFDs/wealth advisors), team building, and process-driven execution.
- What Great Looks Like (KPIs you'll be measured on).
- FD Volume (- ) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals.
- Bond Volume (- ) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals.
- Mutual Fund Volume (- ) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/retention.
- Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate.
- Active & productive partners, partner activation to productivity ramp.
- Team productivity per rep, activity/visit metrics, adherence to beats.
- CAC & city unit economics, marketing ROI, incentive efficiency.
- Customer NPS.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years in City/Branch-level Sales/BD in Banking/Insurance/Investments/Lending.
- Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you're applying for).
- Proven direct sales to retail/affluent customers and channel sales via IFAs/DSAs/partners.
- Managed a 5-10 member field team for - 2 years with hard targets and reviews.
- Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Fluency in English + local language.

- Flexibility to run weekend drives/events when needed.
Operating Rhythm (Example).
- Daily: stand-ups, beat execution, partner/customer meetings, CRM updates.
- Weekly: pipeline reviews, partner performance, team coaching, field immersions.
- Monthly/Quarterly: city plan reviews, P&L & ROI review, hiring/backfills, city campaigns.
