Job Description

Role Overview:
- As the City Business Head, you are the CEO of your city owning end to end P&L, investment wallet growth, team & channel performance.
- This is a hands-on, field-first role focused on direct customer acquisition, partner development (IFAs/DSAs/MFDs/wealth advisors), team building, and process-driven execution.
- What Great Looks Like (KPIs you'll be measured on).
- FD Volume (- ) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals.
- Bond Volume (- ) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals.
- Mutual Fund Volume (- ) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/retention.
- Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate.
- Active & productive partners, partner activation to productivity ramp.
- Team productivity per rep, activity/visit metrics, adherence to beats.
- CAC & city unit economics, marketing ROI, incentive efficiency.
- Customer NPS.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years in City/Branch-level Sales/BD in Banking/Insurance/Investments/Lending.
- Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you're applying for).
- Proven direct sales to retail/affluent customers and channel sales via IFAs/DSAs/partners.
- Managed a 5-10 member field team for - 2 years with hard targets and reviews.
- Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Fluency in English + local language.
