Job Description

You are a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Operations & Development responsible for overseeing and streamlining packaging logistics operations at Stack Track India Pvt. Ltd. As a leader in sustainable and returnable packaging solutions, the company offers innovative products to reduce costs and promote environmental sustainability.

Your key responsibilities include managing end-to-end operations of returnable packaging systems, developing strategic plans for operational efficiency, maintaining vendor and client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, analyzing operational data, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing transportation costs. You will also mentor and lead a team to ensure smooth workflow and goal achievement.
To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or equivalent, have over 3 years of experience in logistics or returnable packaging industry, possess knowledge of closed-loop packaging systems, excel in analytical and organizational skills, and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to travel as per operational needs are also essential.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in returnable packaging or logistics, exposure to sustainable packaging, and familiarity with warehouse operations and fleet coordination.
