Job Summary :-

We are seeking an experienced Data & BI Specialist with strong expertise in OBIEE and Power BI to manage end-to-end reporting, data modeling, and dashboard development. The role involves advanced SQL analysis, building scalable BI solutions, developing predictive and AI-driven insights, and integrating data from ERP and third-party systems into the data warehouse. The specialist will design intuitive dashboards, ensure data governance and accuracy, and support decision-making across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Executive functions.

• Minimum 5 years hands on experience in BI/Analytics roles - building and maintaining intuitive, user-friendly dashboards in both OBIEE and Power BI (Mandatory)
• Single-player role managing end-to-end reporting, requirement gathering, model deployment & Dashboard creation
• Perform advanced SQL analysis and ensure data accuracy, security, governance and integrity.
• Strong hands-on experience with OBIEE RPD, SQL, PL/SQL, dashboards, KPIs, and performance tuning.
• Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, incremental refresh), Power BI Desktop and Power BI Gateway.

  Experience with predictive models, anomaly detection, and trend forecasting.
• Knowledge of Python/R, AutoML & Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, dimensional modelling and performance optimization.
• Extracting data from ERP and 3rd party tools into Data Warehouse / Fabric to build dashboards
• Build and deploy AI/ML-based insights (forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive analytics) into dashboards with scalable data models
• Build AI-driven use cases & dashboards to support Finance, Procurement, Operations and Executive decision-making & actionable insights
