Job Description
What role you will play in team: Contribute to the smooth functioning of various departments within the General Insurance division.
What you will do: Support senior team members in daily tasks related to policy issuance, claims processing, and customer service.
Key responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of insurance policies.
- Support the claims processing team by collecting and verifying documents.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding policies and claims.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in an office environment (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
