1. Job Title: Airport Operation System

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Domain Requirements:

? Graduate in any stream with relevant travel experience

? International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certified or Diploma in Travel and Tourism

? Good knowledge of Airline Industry

? Previous work experience of working on Airport systems and applications like Amadeus Altea, Sabre DCS, SITA DCS, Amadeus OPR, iCoupon, Sabre Sonic, Cargo apps

? Working knowledge of any GDS

? Supported DCS systems for Reservations, Passenger Check-ins & Boarding, Baggage check-in, Load management.

? Knowledge of Printing flight load sheet, baggage report, Advance Passenger Information System (APIS)

? Extracting and printing Manifest with flight information related to seats, meals

? Creating Incidents/Problem as per incident management & problem management tools

2. Position Title: Cargo Revenue Accounting

Reports To: Team Leader

Grade: BPO 1/2

Location Mumbai

Salary: up to 6 LPA

**Knowledge of Cargo Revenue Accounting (Sales Accounting / Interline Accounting & Mail Accounting). Knowledge of SIS & CASS invoice handling.** - this is mandatory and non negotiable

**International BPO experience is required**

Job Overview:

Knowledge of Cargo Revenue Accounting (Sales Accounting /

Interline Accounting & Mail Accounting). Knowledge of SIS &

CASS invoice handling. In dept analysis of various fields

captured as part of AWB capture in operations system (gross

weight, chargeable weight, tariff charged, SHC codes, product

codes etc) needs to be done against the physical / scanned copy

of AWB.

Experience:

1 to 3 Years of working experience in Airline cargo revenue

accounting

Certifications:

Candidates with IATA FIATA certification in airline cargo domain;

an added advantage

3.Position Title Fare Filing Distribution

Location Mumbai and Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Grade: BPO 1/2

Salary: up to 6 LPA

Shift: Rotational

Must have good communication skills (English). Ability to manually create ATPCO upload able fare sheets in accordance with Airline policies and ATPCO procedures. Hands-on experience of Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)- this is mandatory and non negotiable

International BPO experience is required

Graduation is compulsory

Travel industry Experience

Communication skills should be 100% good

4. Job Title: Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA)- Refund

Grade: BPO 1/2

Salary: up to 6 LPA

Location: Mumbai

Passenger revenue accounting:

**Process knowledge and experience as per job responsibility Knowledge of Amadeus Passenger Revenue Accounting system, Processing of Outgoing & Incoming Billings with Other Airlines & including rejections & re-bills, Evaluation of Correspondence on SIS Web.** - this is mandatory and non negotiable
