Job Title: HR Executive / HR Recruiter

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Fresher HR Executive / Recruiter who is enthusiastic about building a career in HR operations, recruitment, and finance coordination. The ideal candidate should be a BBA or MBA graduate (HR / Finance preferred), comfortable working in the night shift, and capable of handling basic recruitment and finance-related responsibilities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers

• Understand and manage hiring stages and recruitment workflows
• Support HR documentation and onboarding activities
• Assist in finance operations such as invoice preparation, invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, invoicing, and payment management
• Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and accounts
• Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BBA / MBA graduate (HR or Finance background preferred)
• Fresher or entry-level candidate eager to learn HR and recruitment operations
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring stages
• Basic knowledge of finance, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have own laptop
• Must have stable high-speed internet/Wi-Fi
• Willingness to work night shift (US hours)

Preferred Skills

• Internship or academic exposure to HR, recruitment, or finance
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or HR tools
• Good organizational and time-management skills
