Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work opportunities. As an Account Executive at Stafio.ai, you will drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and building partnerships. Your responsibilities will include actively pursuing leads, presenting Stafio.ai's solutions, negotiating contracts, and contributing toward revenue goals. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams, understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty and success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding Enterprise Sales Motions and Tech Stack is a must.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot preferred), sales tracking tools, and familiarity with AI solutions or HR technology is required.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to understand market trends and client challenges.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, including in-person collaboration and remote tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry will be advantageous.
