Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Additional responsibilities include identifying talent for both technical (IT) and non-technical roles to meet the companys expanding workforce requirements.

• Proven skills in Hiring, Recruiting in Real Estate / Interior Verticals.
• Strong Communication abilities with experience in fostering positive candidate experiences
• Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding strategies
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill talent acquisition needs
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the interior design or construction sectors is a plus
