Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Media Manager to lead integrated media planning and strategy for leading brands.
The role requires strong expertise across all digital media , with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful, insight-led media strategies.
You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and media partners to deliver full-funnel, data-driven campaigns that balance brand building and performance outcomes.
Responsibilities:


- Lead integrated media planning and strategy across digital, print, TV, OOH, radio, and emerging platforms.
- Develop annual and campaign-level media strategies aligned to brand and business objectives.
- Own media planning, budget allocation, and channel mix recommendations.
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges and present strategic media solutions.
- Collaborate with performance, programmatic, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Oversee campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize plans to improve effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with media partners, publishers, and platforms.
- Guide junior team members and ensure high-quality output across plans, reports, and presentations.
- Stay updated on media trends, consumer behavior , and market dynamics.
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in media planning and strategy, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of integrated media ecosystems (offline + digital).
- Experience working on large, marquee brands across categories.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven media plans.
