Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure fulfillment of roles across the Global Delivery Center and domestic market within defined timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and market trends to stakeholders.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company&aposs market presence.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional and positive journey.
4. Market Expertise & Innovation
- Utilize knowledge of the digital media and advertising services industry to source and attract top-tier talent.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies and leverage recruitment tools to improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the digital media and advertising services sectors.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Passion for Recruitment: A commitment to delivering excellent talent acquisition outcomes.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
