Job Summary:

Stallion Commodities Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive/Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing financial operations using Zoho ERP and Tally, with a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GST returns, and Taxation. This role requires a professional with a background in commerce and 5+ years of experience in the finance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily financial operations including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Maintain financial records using Zoho ERP and Tally software.

Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Handle taxation matters, including computation and filing of taxes.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of accounts.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

? CA (pursuing or passed) / B.Com. / Any field in Commerce.

? 5+ years of experience in the finance domain, preferably in a similar role.

? Proficiency in Zoho ERP and Tally is essential.

? Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Location: The position is open for Rajkot office. Candidates must be willing to work from location as required.

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
