Job Description
- We are seeking a Technology Head to oversee the Technology Division of a flourishing telecom MNC. In this key role, you will be tasked with guiding the team across all technology verticals and fostering innovation. Your contributions will play a crucial part in driving the company's growth in the realms of Technology, Innovation, and Revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record in technical leadership, a profound comprehension of emerging technologies, and the capacity to synchronize technology endeavors with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven background as a Technology Head or a comparable position
- Proficiency in analyzing, implementing, and assessing various technologies
- Versatility in programming languages such as JAVA, Spring, Hibernate, Structs, MySQL, Linux, Agile Methodology, among others
- Strong expertise in JAVA, Spring, Hibernate, Structs, MySQL, MongoDB, Linux, Agile Methodology, and REST
- Preferable experience in the Telecom Value Added Services (VAS) sector

- Well-rounded experience in overseeing telecom Billing Systems, managing SMSC, handling SDP's (Service Delivery Platforms), USSD, ERP, SMS, MMS, WAP, IVR, IVVR-Video, IOT, OTT Calls, and 3G Streaming Applications
- Extensive project management skills including capturing requirements, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing solutions. Collaborating closely with business leaders and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
