Job Summary

The Agile Product Analyst Employer Portal plays a key role in defining and translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories. As a member of the Agile team, this role partners closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to describe the business domain, assess process impacts, and analyze features within the backlog. The Product Analyst helps ensure the team delivers solutions that are well understood, aligned to customer value, and ready for development.

* Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role.

Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

Education: Engineering degree in Business, Information Technology or

a related field with 2+ years of progressive experience in providing business analysis in employee benefits, financial services, technology delivery, or other related fields. Experience working in agile environments.

Must Have:

• Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly present ideas to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Demonstrated curiosity and ability to translate business needs into user stories that deliver customer value.
• Proven ability to partner across teams to gather input, assess impacts, and ensure comprehensive understanding of business requirements.
• Thorough approach to identifying business and customer needs, paired with sound judgment on when the team has enough information to move forward.
• Solid understanding of the business domain, processes, and metrics, with experience eliciting requirements and refining business problems into actionable solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience analyzing complex business problems and supporting prioritization of production issues with the Product Owner.
