Resposibilities



  • ATM/CDM Uptime Management

    • Ensuring that the downtime of ATMs/CDMs are minimal through stringent follow-up for non-operational ATMs to ensure these are made operational at the earliest

    • Coordinating with EB team for arranging permission/access for engineers at Corporate locations to make the ATM operational




  • ATM Upkeep & Field visits

    • Handling internal/external escalations pertaining to ‘housekeeping’ issues at offsite ATMs.

    • Conducting surprise audits at Offsite ATMs in Mumbai to ensure compliance




  • Cash Management & Optimization

    • Daily checks on cash indents sent by Euronet against the available cash in ATMs, considering the dispensation pattern (peak/non-peak) of each ATM. This is to ensure that cash is not dumped in ATMs leading to idle cash

    • Daily checks on the total cash vaulted in each vaults (ONV) to ensure that these are within vaulting limits. To check the Cash & Vault audit reports (shared by internal OPS team/vendor) and highlight breaches, if any.




  • MIS & Reporting

    • To consolidate the monthly KRI data points from various teams for onward submission to OR

    • To consolidate the monthly data from various internal stakeholders for Regulatory submission. This includes follow-up with respective Product head for data validation prior submission.




  • Invoice Validation & Processing

    • To validate the monthly invoices raised by vendors against the agreed rates. Once payments raised on e-proc, following up with relevant stakeholders for approvals and creating the physical claims for further processing to FSSC. Tracking the payments till closure and respond to deviations observed.




  • CCTV Footage Retrieval

    • Retrieval of CCTV footages for any dispute reported by Chargeback/FCU team through Euronet/ MIPL/Securens. Tracking the requests to avoid duplication as it would lead to extra commercials




  • Stationary Management

    • Dispatching ATM stationeries to branches across the country basis requests received and tracking the consignment. This includes any regulatory changes in mandatory stickers/posters etc.

    • To maintain an inventory of ATM stationeries at HO and place orders with vendors, whenever required.




  • ESC Project Rollout & BAU

    • Coordinating with Branches/Corporate for permissions required during roll out of Enhanced Controls project at all ATMs

    • Post the rollout, providing OTP to the engineer each time when the ATM is down. This can be anytime between 8 am - 10 pm.




Any other work that may be allotted as per the requirement of the organization

  • Drive continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes

  • Abide by appropriate frameworks to guarantee that business is carried out within the Group’s risk appetite and relevant risks are appropriately managed in conjunction with line managers other stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with the highest standards of regulatory conduct and compliance standards and practices as defined by internal and external requirements. This includes compliance with regulations and guidelines on Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM).

  • Abide by the Group’s values and code of conduct and foster a robust culture to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among employees.

  • Ensure that Risk Management matters that are brought to the job holder’s attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to the relevant superiors and/or Risk Committees.

  • Do what is right in order to avoid reputational risks and operational losses



Governance




  • Ensure relevant systems and controls pertaining to the role remit are in compliance with Group and Business policies, procedures, standards and codes, including those governing all Risk types, Compliance, Operational Risk, Technology and Operations, Finance and Reputation

  • Ensure adherence with the following Regulatory Compliance policies and processes (as is applicable):

    • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and all applicable money laundering prevention procedures

    • Maintain Documentary standards

    • Data Confidentiality

    • Cross-Border Policy

    • Sanctions

    • Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM)

    • Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC)

    • Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among employees form part of the culture

    • Engage with all audit report findings and ensure feedback is acted upon

  • Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Service, preferably in ATM management.

  • Hands on working Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
