Compliance Officer, Life Insurance

What role you will play in team: You'll ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines within our life insurance operations. You'll work closely with various teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

What you will do: Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to the distribution and administration of life insurance policies. This involves reviewing procedures and documenting findings.

Key responsibility:

• Monitoring and reporting on compliance with all relevant life insurance regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing insurance products for compliance with regulations.
• Conducting compliance audits and investigations.
• Developing and delivering compliance training programs for employees.
• Maintaining compliance records and documentation.
• 
  Working with other departments to identify and address compliance risks.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Staying up-to-date on changes in life insurance regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in the life insurance industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of life insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
