Job Function Summary
A detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Analyst to support our future state oracle process initiatives. This role will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP modules across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment and a passion for driving process improvements through technology.
Job Responsibilities
Oracle Implementation & Optimization
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Support Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, upgrades, and module optimizations across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other relevant domains.
- Collaborate with IT and functional teams to define and configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements.
- Participate in system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Process Analysis & Documentation
- Lead or participate in process mapping, gap analysis, and change management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain business process models, functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and recommend corrective actions.
Post-Implementation Support
- Provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion ERP users, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Liaise with Oracle Support to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and compliance with security standards.
Training & Change Management
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on new processes and Oracle Fusion functionalities.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across departments to promote ERP adoption and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to change management protocols and security processes.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in operations management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion ERP Transition experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.).

- Strong understanding of standard manufacturing business processes and ERP workflows.
- Experience with workflow and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart).
- Familiarity with Jira or other software development tracking platforms.
