Job Description

The job requires you to have a thorough understanding of order details and quality customer requirements, including all technical aspects related to Quality Control and Merchandising. You will be responsible for closely following up with the factory and buying team to provide updates on a daily basis. Conducting various inspections and on-site product tests until shipment ensures timely delivery. It is essential to conduct PPM and ensure that pilot run productions incorporate all customer feedback effectively. You must ensure that the correct measurement chart, pattern blocks, and comments are strictly followed during bulk production. Expertise in Buyers SOP/COC and ensuring compliance in production factories is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all accessories, labels, and tags are used as per the requirements. Knowledge in packing audits is necessary to ensure that goods are packed correctly, including proper barcoding and price ticketing.

This is a full-time, permanent position that allows you to work remotely. The benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The schedule is a day shift, and there is a yearly bonus provided. A diploma is preferred as the educational requirement. The work location is in person.,
