This role combines strategic sales, team building, and brand growth — with the potential to grow into an Operations Director position for the right candidate.You will be responsible for driving revenue, forging strong client relationships, building your own telesales team, and leveraging social media and digital channels to grow business opportunities across major European markets.RequirementsKey Responsibilitiespushpin Sales & Business Growth
  • Identify and engage new clients across Europe for our sponsorship and advertising services
  • Sell premium advertising and sponsorship opportunities at sporting, cultural, and major events
  • Build strong pipelines and close deals that align with company goals

  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with brands and agencies
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to maximise visibility and engagement

  • Inform and contribute to company commercial strategy based on European market insights
  • Track competitor and industry trends to drive new opportunities
